Climb the stairs of this freshly refreshed home with great water vistas and amazing sunrises. The entirely equipped kitchen, living room, and dining table are in the front room of the home. The master bedroom has a full bath attached and plenty of closet space with a intelligent TV. The two queen rooms share a full bath at the end of the hall and the back bedroom leads to the back deck and yard. In the back yard there is an outdoor shower and park grille with a picnic table. The laundry room is located downstairs. Beach towels are available upon request before check in day and the clubhouse community pool is available with a $2 deposit per guest for wrist bands. There is also a sound side beach park with grilles, kids's play equipment, and public bathrooms are available. If you want to launch a boat the daily fee is $10 or $25 for multiple days.
