Welcome to Sunny Side Up, located in the colorful Bermuda Bay neighborhood. Sunny Side Up gives you access to all the OBX amenities: less than a mile to the beach, kayak in the sound access, walk or bicycle to the Wright Brothers Monument, or Fly Kites on Jockey' Ridge State Park (worlds biggest living sand dune), or float on the lazy river at the community pool in season. There’s a Disc Golf Course , Skate Park all a short walk away
After a day of riding bicycles, relax at Sunny Side Up aka SSU with a game or two of cornhole while using our full size grille for prepare outs
SSU has 3 decks and a patio, full bath in each bedroom, half bath on the main level near the entirely equipped kitchen. Enclosed outside shower. Appreciate the sunrise on the deck or on the beach just a short distance away!
