Savor a day of splashing around in the warm sun at the exclusive community pool with direct boardwalk access. Condo includes one personal covered parking space so hopping in the car is no problem, rain or shine. Entry to home also on the ground-level.

As you walk up to the main level, you will be welcomed with warm colors and plenty of fun decorations. You'll adore cooking up a fresh seafood dinner in the entirely-outfitted nautical-themed kitchen with cookie sheets, a blender, and storage rocks on the doors, making this the ideal spot for the chef in your group. The dining table with seating for 6 is the ideal place to savor your gourmet masterpiece or pull out your favorite board game for a fun rainy-day activity. Unwind in the bright living room with comfortable furnishings and enjoy your favorite show on the wall-mounted Intelligent TV.
