Welcome to Warm Waters Oasis at Devonshire Place!

This luxury-packed home is located in the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the cheerful Bermuda Bay community.

The third level of Warm Waters Oasis is where the appealing three En Suites are located. There is a King bedroom, a Queen and a Full bedroom, all with their own private bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.

The second level is where most of your time will be spent with the kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath on this floor. The kitchen is completely equipped and has everything the chef of the group needs to whip up spectacular meals! The comfortable living room has a bar area with a wine refrigerator - a convenient feature. From the kitchen, you can also access the sunroom. Sit in the sunroom while sipping a drink of your choice and relax with a good book or just take in the ambiance.

The first level has the game room with a foosball table, a sleeper couch, a full bathroom and the garage. Slide open the glass doors in the game room and walk outside to appreciate a dip in the hot tub. Or get grilling on the gas grille, ideal for those summer nighttime barbeques!

Your family will appreciate the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this fabulous resort. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this magnificent resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the handsome Kill Devil Hills beaches.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 2 to May 18. Beginning May 23, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
