The third level of Warm Waters Oasis is where the appealing three En Suites are located. There is a King bedroom, a Queen and a Full bedroom, all with their own private bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on this level.

The second level is where most of your time will be spent with the kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath on this floor. The kitchen is entirely equipped and has everything the chef of the group needs to whip up striking meals! The comfortable living room has a bar area with a wine refrigerator - a convenient feature. From the kitchen, you can also access the sunroom. Sit in the sunroom while sipping a drink of your choice and relax with a good book or just take in the ambiance.

The first level has the game room with a foosball table, a sleeper couch, a full bathroom and the garage. Slide open the glass doors in the game room and walk outside to savor a dip in the hot tub. Or get grilling on the gas grille, ideal for those summer nighttime barbeques!

Your family will appreciate the exclusive conveniences available to you as a guest of this outstanding resort. A modest water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, tons of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment in which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus the Bay has a pier, ideal for fishing, launching kayaks or just appreciating the view.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
