Baywood has been freshly modernized with new floor, interior & exterior paint, a new fence for you & your furbabies, as well as furnishings additions! This home is a gorgeously constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bath soundfront piece of heaven. Supplied with your rental are 2 beachcruisers, tandem kayak, and a canoe you can launch from the property dock. An outside shower is available as well as a gas grille, firepit, & a dock. My charming soundfront home is an striking choice to vacation with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird and bear watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours.

Baywood is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, surrounded by bicycle & walking paths and less than a mile from the beach. The new Bay Drive bicycle path which runs for miles and to the Wrights Memorial is right at the edge of the driveway. Bring your boat, Dock Street boat launch is 1/10 of a mile from the home. While the home is soundfront, the tidal range (water depth) only permits canoeing and kayaking directly from the property.

There is a completely equipped eat in kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas range & oven, toaster oven, & refrigerator/freezer with ice & water in the door. I have made an effort to stock Baywood like it's my own home, and want you to have a chef's like kitchen.

Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are supplied in your welcome letter and are also in the guestbook binder located in my home. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.
