It has a marvelous waterpark with splash pad, waterslide and lazy River. There is a community Pier on the Sound within a 5 min walk. There is a exercise center on-site as well! We are close to everything the Outer Banks has to offer and only a mile to the beach at the end of a low traveled road. There is a paved path all the way to the beach with crosswalk ideal for walking or cycling. There are 4 bicycles there for you to use along with Beach Chairs.
