Brand new construction in 2022 - You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath bungalow with open floor plan just one block from the sound and 1/2 mile from the ocean. This bungalow is ideal for groups of 8 or fewer and great for families! There are two bedrooms and two full baths with a enormous open living area on the main floor. The first floor has a separate bedroom and full bathroom with a family room and sleeper couch. Both living areas have big screen SmartTvs and comfortable seating to relax after a day at the beach. Walk one block to the sound to savor the Bay Drive bicycle path or watch the Outer Banks sunset. Public dock and gazebo are just a short walk down the Bay Drive bicycle path.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this cottage is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf. Children at Play Museum and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Kill Devil Hills area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance.
