Walk or drive the half-mile to the beach, or cruise along the coast while discovering iconic Outer Banks attractions like the Wright Brothers National Memorial (1.7 mi) and Corolla Beach (21.6 mi). Avalon Pier is less than a mile from the home and you'll have convenient access to close by retail stores, groceries, and great local dining options.

At home, treat your guests to a fresh seafood feast using the outdoor grille-kitchen or just kick back with cold drinks under the shade of the covered patio area. The covered front porch offers a breezy spot for morning coffee. An outdoor shower is also equipped for rinsing off after trips to the beach.

A full kitchen, furnished living area, and a dining table can be found on both the ground floor and main floor of the home for flexible comfort and convenience for the entire household. There's also an air hockey table located downstairs for added family fun.

The ground floor features a bedroom and common-area full bathroom. The main-floor primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and a enormous walk-in closet. Both third-floor bedrooms also feature private, en suites. One of these bedrooms also features a private balcony.
