´Forever Young´ is a newly modernized home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Classic bungalow vibe with modern amenities. Close to eateries, 1st St public beach access, Brew Thru, shopping and <1 min. walk to Bay Drive sound side sunset path. Pet and family friendly, comfortable home. Outside living spaces include a 4-person hot tub, covered seating, charcoal grille, 55" Roku TV, and an outdoor shower.
The space
Classic Outer Banks private home located in a local west side neighborhood, guests have use of the entire property. 3 bed/2 bath - one queen bedroom, one full bedroom and a third bedroom offering a twin over full bunk bed. Private master bath and shared second bath. Cavernous, completely supplied kitchen, dining for six and cozy living area.

Front porch second level deck with Adirondack seating and porch swing. Covered hot tub, seating area with a 55¨ Roku TV and charcoal grilling underneath the home on the ground level. Laundry room, storage room for bicycles, scooters, and yard games along with storage for all beach gear and an outside shower.

There are 5 Roku TV's, Wi-Fi, no cable.

We allow a max of two dogs, and have food bowls, a crate and an area for your leash and dog towels. You must take responsibility for cleaning up after him/her and keeping him/her under leash.

The Avalon Beach public boat ramp is less than a mile away which accesses the sound and a public boat ramp to the Ocean at Oregon Inlet, about 20 mins. away. Avalon Pier is within walking distance along with many other iconic attractions.
Other things to note
All linens (sheets and bath towels - not beach towels) are included at no additional cost to you along with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap and a sponge.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is by the sea.
