A bright, beachy ambiance welcomes you at Mel’s Place, and with a private beach access just 50' away from your door, it’s easy to enjoy the beach at any time during your stay.

When you need a break during those long beach days, take a quick walk back to the condo to grab a snack or take a dip in the 16x20 community pool. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen will make preparing your favorite meal a breeze. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted smart TVs, perfect for rainy day entertainment or a family movie night.

The central location of Mel’s Place is sure to please, with countless dining and shopping options within walking or biking distance. With comfort, convenience, and location, Mel’s Place provides the ideal getaway for small families looking to enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer. This condo also features wall-mounted hair dryers in the bathrooms, filtered water in the fridge, and community coin-operated laundry.

In 2024, the community pool was open from Memorial to Labor Day. 2025 pool dates will be provided when supplied by the HOA.
