"Margarita Villa" is the ideal family vacation home that you have been looking for! Single floor living - only one flight of steps to a very comfortable floor plan of an open Great Room, bathrooms, bedrooms and a sizable covered front porch. There is even a half bath and outside shower conveniently located by the pool. "Margarita Villa" is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and is just a short walk to the beach, many eateries, and a grocery store. Make this home your new home away from home and you will be returning for years to come!

Dining Room with nice, enormous, dining room table - comfortably seats 8, well equipped kitchen (2) bar stools. 1 huge King master suite w/ TV and walk in closet, 1 large King master suite w/TV, Queen bedroom w/ TV shares hall bath w/ bedroom w/ 2 twin beds & TV.
Ground Floor: Ground floor entry to home with washer & Dryer. Outside half bath. Outside Shower. Private Hot Tub (6). Huge pool deck w/ 10x24 private pool and tons of comfortable seating.
Extras: 5 TVs, 1 CD player, 1 stereo, High speed wireless Internet, Gas & Charcoal Grills, Private Pool (10x24) Private Hot Tub (6). Outside shower. Washer, Dryer, Ironing Board, Iron, Hair Dryers, Pack N Play. Parking: 6. 400' to beach access. Saturday Turn-over. No smoking. No family pets. Bed Linens Included and Beds made prior to arrival. Bath towels may be rented for $7 per set (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). The pool is open for the entire rental season.
Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
