Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this 24-bedroom oceanfront home on the Outer Banks is an absolute showstopper! Equipped with 20 King En Suites, four bespoke-constructed bunk suites, and 25 bathrooms, there is enough room in this home to comfortably sleep 60 people.

The artfully designed interior and top-notch amenities in this OBX rental are amazing! The private, oceanfront heated pool is complemented by a covered tiki bar, an oceanfront sundeck and two, eight-person hot tubs. The first level hosts a 16-seat theater room, a Foosball table, and a 9-foot indoor Shuffleboard. Two billiards tables, a poker table, a ping pong table, arcade games, and two wet bars are thoughtfully positioned within the home to allow for multiple groups to spread out and savor the amenities.

Ocean vistas from this vacation home are delightful and the dune-top deck is ideal for watching the tides change.

Grand enough to hold an event, this home features a butler pantry ideal for catering services, accordion doors that open to the fourth level ocean-facing deck, and a fenced-in yard ideal for entertainment purposes. No need to leave behind your furry visitors, as Oceans 24 is also pet-friendly!

Offering the KEES FlexStay program, you are able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

Positioned well-within driving distance to local and national attractions, day trips to surrounding islands, both fine and laid-back cuisine as well as shopping, reserving Oceans 24 is akin to having a private resort at your very own fingertips!

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

**Oceans 24 is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum.
