This 2 Bedroom single story condo offers an Ocean View from nearly every room, and the private covered Oceanfront balcony is ideal for waking up to the sunrise and calming with the sunset. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and all new furnishings throughout. The condo building offers a community outdoor pool, which is ideal for cooling off after a long day at the beach, and access directly to the Ocean with a private gazebo and walkway. You are in the heart of Kill Devil Hills with fantastic shopping, restaurant and grocery options right at your fingertips. This condo is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Washer/dryer has been installed may 2023. Anyone with mobility issues that cannot use the stairs should consider another property. Pool is open 5/15/23 to 9/24/23.
