The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Back upstairs to the second level and as you ascend the steps, you will walk straight into a casual dining area. Gather around the handsome wood table with seating for six as you plan the day's activities or compare adventures. The charming, white and stainless-steel kitchen with granite counters may just inspire a budding family chef to take a turn creating a culinary masterpiece. The breakfast bar seats three at leather stools. Down the hall a few steps to the chic and understated living room with seating for 6-8 and a flat screen TV. Classic nautical decor completes this space.
The third level of the home features three En Suites. The first features a King, the second a Queen and the third a Duo Bunk.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 2 to May 18. Beginning May 23, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
