The Sand Dollar is located in the Seven C's community with a beach access directly behind the building, which is private to community guests for a more peaceful, less busy experience. This condo features an Oceanfront Community Pool, a Direct Boardwalk to the beach, covered parking, and a community elevator for simple access to the home.
Inside, The Sand Dollar has an open-concept living area with comfortable furnishings and a enormous flat-screen TV. The kitchen is entirely outfitted, and has everything needed for when you're dining at home. The dining area offers seating surrounded by windows, giving you great ocean vistas while you eat.
