- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement after booking.

- Guests may NOT book this home for other people. No third event bookings allowed. We do not rent to under 25, or high school or college events.
- If bringing family pets, we ask that you complete and sign a Pet Addendum that will be sent once booked.
- If pets are brought without host's permission, there will be a $400 infraction fee and cancellation of your stay with zero refund.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home.
- By moving forward and booking this reservation, you give permission to the host to use a third-event to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
