Located directly between the ocean and the sound, Sea Perch welcomes you for a comfortable, laid back stay on the Outer Banks! Located in the peaceful Avalon Beach neighborhood in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Sea Perch is a 2 min. drive to the beach and fast drive to shopping and grocery stores. Our cozy bungalow has been refreshed to meet the needs of our guests and includes a completely operational HOT TUB!

Sea Perch is geographically centered between the ocean and the sound. At the East end of our road is a walkway to a light and crosswalk for an simple walk to beach accesses and Avalon Fishing Pier. Just down the road to our West is Bay Drive, one of the most breathtaking streets on the Outer Banks with a peaceful pedestrian path and gazebos - definitely gorgeous for sunset strolls. There is also a boat ramp (about a two min. drive) and sound access in our neighborhood for boating, kayaking or SUPing. Our huge outdoor shower has both hot and cold water for a invigorating rinse afterward!
Other things to note
Our open floor plan is a great communal space ideal for mellow nights in with wine and board games. This is, however, NOT a good match for people looking to event so if that's your intention we ask that you rent elsewhere. The Intelligent TV in the living room does not have cable but is equipped with Netflix and YouTube for your use. The downstairs bed and bath were additions and each have their own private, covered entrances from outside - there is no interior passage to the main living space from these rooms but a great space for privacy from the rest of the home as well as your own bathroom. Kill Devil Hills is home to this vacation home. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting.
