Take It Simple is a 1st floor unit that features an magnificant floor plan for your next Outer Banks vacation. Located on the east side of the unit is a king en suite that has a flat screen TV and huge closet. Separated by the kitchen, living room, and dining room is the queen and pyramid bunk bedrooms on the westside which share the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is well-outfitted and provides all the necessities to prepare family dinners. The well-equipped living room has a sleeper couch, stereo and TV with DVD player for those family movie nights.

Take It Painless is within close walking distance of stores, eateries, and most importantly the beach! Getting to the beach roughly 1500' away is extremely convenient thanks to an abundance of crosswalks on the beach road. This unit has two designated parking spaces, with one under the complex to provide a dry-entry. The home provides internet access so you can stay connected to adored ones from a distance.

Hughes Retreat Condos are well-planned to provide you with every detail for a amazing hideaway, from the community pool and outdoor shower, to the elevator that makes unloading and loading the cars a breeze.

In 2024, the community pool was open from May 4th to September 29th. Opening and closing dates for 2025 will be included when made available by the HOA.

Sheets and towels are supplied. No family pets or smoking, please.
