Nice and tidy 4 bedroom (one master), 3 full bath bungalow located right in the center of town at mile post 7.5. Close to putt putt, shopping, movies, eateries and mini-golf. The beach access is 3 blocks from the home and has 25 parking spaces.

Appreciate gathering around the roomy bar separating the kitchen and eat-in-dining table from the great room. The kitchen is entirely equipped and the great room is comfortable and bright with a sectional couch and numerous chairs for conversing with family and friends or watching TV. Play a game of Pac Man or relax on the huge sun deck.

Outside is a gas grille, charcoal grille, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a enormous fenced in backyard for your family pets and a carport with dry entry. Parking for 3 cars with room on the grass along the feeder road for additional cars.
