The top level King Master is gloriously appointed with tile, granite, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. More entertaining areas are available in the mid-level den, and the ground level rec room. LCD TVs throughout the property gives everybody a place to relax and watch a move, or appreciate a favorite show, and the foosball table and kitchenette in the rec room will keep them playing together all week! The pool area is gorgeously landscaped and offers a respite from the action in the property. Take a walk to the beach access for your day of surf and sun or just drive to any number of accesses in the area. . .some have bathrooms at the access and outdoor showers.'Selahbration' is located ideally for you and your family to savor the central Outer Banks activities. The Wright Memorial can be seen from the property, and bicycle paths for the family await you throughout cozy neighborhoods, some with sound vistas, canals with herons, turtles and more. You are 5 mins. from shopping, eateries, movies, tennis courts, skate park, and outdoor roller rink. Avalon Pier is a short drive to the north for fishing or just checking out the action.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Get the most from your budget:

  • In the Kill Devil Hills area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is a great way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
