This darling 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, soundront condo, Sunset Retreat, is sure to please anyone who stays here! Located in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, guests are centrally located to all things Outer Banks!

As you enter the first level condo, guests will savor the gorgeously decorated open-concept living space that includes the main living room, kitchen, and dining area. As you walk down the hall, guests will have their choice of either a King En Suite for ultimate privacy or a Queen bedroom for closer snuggles. There is a full bathroom that is also in the hallway. Step outside onto the back deck and appreciate the handsome sunsets across the sound.

Positioned well-within driving distance to local and national attractions, day trips to surrounding islands, both fine and laid-back cuisine as well as shopping, reserving Sunset Retreat is akin to having a private resort at your fingertips. Located in the attractively landscaped Oyster Pointe community, you'll have access to outstanding sunsets, a community pool (in-season), close by running and cycling trails, and community tennis.

Sunset Retreat is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
