Morning sun, calm waters, outdoor water activities offering paddle boards & kayaks, two decks and the home provides afternoon shade, dock living, private bedrooms with ensuite, entirely equipped kitchen, comfortable family room and much more! Access to Community Pool, playground and Sound-front beach. We also have 2 kayaks and two paddleboards to use off the dock.

This vacation home is located in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jennette's Pier and Destination Fun. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting.
