This is a elegant, modern take on the classic Old Nags Head style beach home, with ocean vistas throughout and from the many decks, including wrap around decks! Should you leave the home, the Asheville Street beach access is a short walk away.

On the ground floor is a private pool, charcoal grille, enclosed outside shower, plenty of parking and a carport.

The mid level has 3 bedrooms, one has double over double bunk beds, and one with a Queen bed, both of these bedrooms have deck access to the wraparound deck. In the hall are a stacked washer/dryer combo and a full hall bath with tub/shower combo. There is also a King master with access to the front deck, and an exceptional tiled stall shower.

The top level has an impressive great room with the kitchen open to the dining area and living room, which opens to a enormous front deck that wraps around. Off the Kitchen, on the north side of the home, is a giant Queen room with access to a deck overlooking the pool, and across the hall from full bath with another bespoke tiled stall shower.

Above this level is the rec room, where you will literally be on top of the world! The loft has a double sleeper couch and private deck with adirondack chairs to take in the vistas that will keep you coming back -the fresh air and unbeatable vistas of the ocean and the Memorial will really be memorable! The lively rec room is filled with a putt-putt mat, giant Jenga set, ring hook game, and a variety of card games neatly stored in the cabinet for countless entertainment.
