Come appreciate the comfortable amenities of home in this well-equipped first floor condo that overlooks the canal. All furnishings are new/fairly new. Recently installed opulent vinyl floor in main living area to include main bath. Flat screen TV in living room. WiFi ready. Appreciate the impressive trees and canal as you sit on the deck sipping on a cool drink. Bring your tennis rackets and savor the courts as well as the huge swimming pool. Like to ride bicycles??? We are surrounded by a excellent bicycle path that will take you along the pretty sound. We're a 5 min. drive to the beach, eateries, grocery store, miniature golf and so much more! We're also kid and pet friendly (dog bed supplied). King size bed in master along with refreshed master bath. Queen bed in second bedroom along a single roll away bed. Boogie boards included and an electric grille on the deck for you to enjoy. Pool opens early May, 2020. No smoking in condo.
